It's time for an 'honest' conversation on Egypt

Egypt’s relationship with the United States of America has been tested by the ouster of President Mohamed Morsi by the army last summer and it will require a “candid, honest” conversation to heal the rift, according to Egypt’s Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy.
