Palestine hopeful of winning upgraded status bid at UN 

Ramallah, West Bank: Palestinians, buoyed by the prospect of a victory at the United Nations on Thursday, have no intention of caving to US pressure to drop their bid for a “non-member observer
state” or making a promise not to sue Israel at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
